PLEASE NOTE – There are no refunds or cancellations accepted at any time. Non attendees will have access to all the sessions via the Livestream option which will be archived online until April 1, 2013. Please note that the schedule and clinicians are subject to change. If matters beyond our control require replacement clinicians, every effort will be made to provide clinicians of similar quality and experience.
